My family members and I liked being there. Great service, even though a few employees were very rude.

A bit tired bathroom, and the breakfast was very very poor.

Had nice stay in this hotel. Generally everything was amazing, nonetheless the bathroom was a little tired. The buffet breakfast was incredible with plenty of food.

Came in Playa de las Americas to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was handy base for doing it. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Santa Rosa.

The hotel is pleasant and clean with outstanding food and absolutely excellent staff.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, excellent food, amazing views. The rooms were brand-new and impeccable. Its location was very central, walking distance to a disco club. I ate at a pleasant restaurant.

Had an amazing stay in this hotel. Our double room was with balcony and we enjoyed it. Everything was simply very clean.

So glad we choose it, it's perfect base for staying in Playa de las Americas. Location near to main areas, restaurants, shops👌

The property is fairly clean, has very good staff and cleanliness.

I enjoyed staff and food, as well as every other detail. My room included an individual safe, a mini bar and a work desk. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Playa de las Americas. It was a fairly nice experience, I loved staff and food.

Staff and food were all ideal. Though the view was sweeping, I had comfy bedroom. Pool was great too. The hotel restaurant was good with amazing cuisine.

Absolutely fabulous location, very hardworking staff, really big bed. Adequate room and an awesome bathroom. I got good value at this hotel.

Totally unforgettable experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was rather big & double superior. The wine bar in the hotel had lots of soft wines and champagnes throughout the day.

The whole place was fairly clean, I liked it, and had first class location and staff.

I loved food and location mainly. Perfect view, a tiny balcony, very comfy bed, too. Located near restaurants and pubs. There were a couple of PANORAMIC restaurants. Overall a restful stay, all in all brilliant value for money.

Everything was perfect, the service was perfect. It was non-smoking, good enough for party. Grand hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. I had a light and savoury continental breakfast. The pool was amazing and the garden - nice.

The bathroom was luxury and the staff was really good. Large breakfast, welcoming service. The pool was nice and I had welcome drinks in the Irish bar.

This hotel was spotless, had second to none food and staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having iron and ironing board, balcony, and fridge...

Very good location and spotlessly clean throughout. It was so close to Playa de las Americas city centre.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe del Mar that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Hotel was tidy and well maintained:)))
